** PLEASE NOTE: We are a Debit or Cash only facility. All room rental fees are subject to HST charges. **
Please note that rentals will not be guaranteed until:

The Facility Agreement Form is completed and signed

The Damage/Cancellation deposit of $200.00. You can send a cheque or e-transfer to rcl129acct@outlook.com. Indicate in the message section that is is rental deposit for (name the event) is received.
The full rental fee will be required at the start of the event.

Haliburton Legion Facility Rental Calendars
Renting the REMEMBRANCE Hall (MAIN HALL)
Events up to 240 for dance or 210 dining people with a cash-only bar.
The Remembrance Hall is wheelchair accessible and comes with a stage.
Available for an additional price:

Monday through Thursday (Hourly Rate): $75.00
Monday through Thursday (Daily Rate): $200
Friday (Daily Rate): $250.00
Saturday (Daily Rate): $400.00

Bar Rental is $75.00 per event

Door Person is mandatory if renting the bar and is $75.00

Corkage Fee: on patron's wine $18.00/750 ml bottle

Hall Setup and Take Down: $100.00. This fee will be waived if you setup and take down under Legion supervision.

Damage Deposit: Refunded after inspection is $200.00

Audio/Visual Equipment Use: Portable mics, projector and screen is $50.00

Renting the Kitchen
The rental of the kitchen includes bleach, dishwasher liquid and hand washing facilities.
Note: Paper towels, dish cloths, oven mitts, plastic wrap, and foil are the responsibility of the renter.
Total use of kitchen (stoves, appliances, dishes, cutlery, dishwasher, etc.): $200.00
Use of dishes, cutlery, dishwasher only: $75.00
Use of kitchen counters only, coffee/tea urns, fridge: $25.00
Clean up:
It is the responsibility of the person renting the kitchen to leave it in a clean and tidy condition. Stoves and grills must be cleaned, dishwashers and strainers cleaned out and shut off, coffee pots emptied and rinsed out, slicer cleaned, dishes put away in their proper places, fans turned off, windows closed.







Renting the Mountbatten Room
For events of up to 45 people.
Hourly Rate: $25.00 per hour (minimum of 2 hours)
Daily Rate: $80.00
You have access to the smart TV that can link to your laptop for meetings, high speed WIFI and bar services during bar hours.




Renting the Schofield Room
For events of up to 30 people, wheelchair accessible.
Hourly Rate: $25.00 per hour (minimum of 2 hours)
Daily Rate: $80.00



Renting the CLUB Room
Events up to 120 people and only after Member’s Clubroom hours Monday-Saturday 7pm and later with bar available, and stage. Use of the "pay for use" sports equipment and PA system.
Hourly Rate: $75.00
Daily Rate: $200.00
