Facility Rentals

** PLEASE NOTE: We are a Debit or Cash only facility. All room rental fees are subject to HST charges. **

Please note that rentals will not be guaranteed until:

 

  • The Facility Agreement Form is completed and signed

  • The Damage/Cancellation deposit of $200.00. You can send a cheque or e-transfer to rcl129acct@outlook.com. Indicate in the message section that is is rental deposit for (name the event) is received.

The full rental fee will be required at the start of the event.

 REMEMBRANCE Hall (MAIN HALL)

 

Events up to 240 for dance or 210 dining people with a cash/debit only bar.

Remembrance Hall Calendar

The Remembrance Hall is wheelchair accessible and comes with a stage.

Available for an additional price:

  • Use of bar

  • Use of kitchen

Monday through Thursday (Hourly Rate): $75.00

Monday through Thursday (Daily Rate): $200

Friday (Daily Rate): $250.00

Saturday (Daily Rate): $400.00

Additional Prices
  • Bar Rental is $85.00 per event

  • Door Person is mandatory if renting the bar and is $85.00 per 100 attendees

  • Corkage Fee: on patron's wine $18.00 per 750 ml bottle

  • Hall Setup and Take Down: $100.00. This fee will be waived if you setup and take down under Legion supervision.

  • Damage Deposit: Refunded after inspection is $200.00

  • Audio/Visual Equipment Use: Portable mics, projector and screen is $50.00

  • Additional Days for Setup: Standard daily rental rate
