• T5007 Workers Compensation

• T5007  Social Assistance

• T4 T4U Unemployment

• Rental receipts

• Property tax receipts

• Medical receipts

• Print out of your medication from your pharmacy

• Total mileage for doctor appts, etc, if over 80 KM return

• Receipts for Charitable Donations

• Receipts for RRSP Contributions

• Copy of Death Certificate if return is for a deceased client
